Mike & Rachel Gustafson
Mike, who grew up at Faith, and his wife, Rachel work with local Christian leaders doing pastoral and lay leader training, mentoring and marriage counseling in Ukraine. Based in Kyiv, Mike is a local pastor and a chaplain for Kyiv Theological Seminary.
Matt & Nicole Paschall
Matt founded Quest Academy to help train up culturally-near Christians so they could plant churches and minister to refugee populations throughout Europe. They are moving to Italy to serve in a new capacity where Matt’s gifts and Niki’s doctorate in spiritual formation will be utilized.
City Mission of Schenectady
City Mission, serving Schenectady for well over 100 years, offers food and shelter, counseling, discipleship, job training and placement, and community outreach. Faith families are regularly involved at the Mission.— Schenectady, NY.
Steve & Sabrina Marshall
Steve Marshall, a third generation missionary supported by Faith, and his wife Sabrina, a native of France, serve together planting churches, running sports camp and training leaders among both the ethnically French community and among immigrant populations.
Youth For Christ Capital District
Andy Lightcap, an elder at Faith, serves as the Executive Director of this organization. Youth For Christ’s programs include: City Life, an urban ministry seeking to transform the lives. Campus Life, a high school program, Point Break, a workshop geared towards improving the behaviors. Shiloh’s Edge, an adventure-based ministry, The Edge, a rock-climbing gym.
Mekeel Christian Academy
Mekeel Christian Academy is committed to mentoring the next generation of disciples of Jesus Christ, Mekeel actively seeks to reach at-risk children in Schenectady and regularly welcomes international students from Europe, Asia and Africa. — Scotia, NY.
The Timothy Iniative
The Timothy Initiative partners with local leaders in some of the least reached areas of the world to train disciples makers and church planters. TTI believes the best way to fulfill the Great Commission is by making disciples who make disciples and planting churches that plant churches. These churches meet in homes, on mountaintops, under trees, and in river beds.
Alpha Pregnancy Care Center
Through its multiple Capital Region locations, Alpha provides God- honoring care and counseling to men and women while honoring the sanctity and value of life. Our church has regularly participated in Alpha’s banquets and Baby Bottle Drives.
Dr. Mike & Pam Chupp
Mike, who previous served at Tenwek Mission hospital in Kenya, now serves as the Senior Vice President of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, a non-profit organization supporting Christian professionals and initiatives aimed at serving the world in the name of Jesus.
Danielle Bailey
Danielle helps lead ministry across the region of New York and New Jersey, with a specific responsibility for the work among nearly 100 college campuses in Upstate New York. She works to help establish and advance witnessing communities on campuses.
John & Marilyn Asmah
John and Marilyn’s mission is to evangelize and disciple Ghanaians through consistent Bible teachings and exhort godly living. As their “Sending” church here in the US, we rejoice as they have finally received a building permit to establish a physical church in their community — Ghana, Africa.
Alex & Laura Crum
Alex & Laura serve the global ministry of Wycliffe Bible Translators from their Texas office. Alex uses his computer programming skills and organizational leadership, to give translators the tools they need to bring people the Bible in their “heart language”.
Jane Fischer
Jane has been serving in Japan for many years teaching eighth graders at The Christian Academy in Japan (CAJ), an International Christian School in Tokyo. Through this ministry, both Japanese and international students grow academically and are discipled and equipped to affect their culture.
Don & Sue Marshall
Don and Sue run a missional coffee shop, DS Coffee, in downtown Chalons en Champagne. They are passionate about bringing the Good News to their city in northeast France through their church and community.

From their home base in Pennsylvania, Steve joined Converge’s partnership with Asian national leaders, developing strategies for discipleship and church multiplication.
Young Life/Young Lives Initiative
